CCA Global is a leading authority on customer contact strategies and operations. Being accredited and a member of CCA Global allows us to reach out and collaborate with other services providers and vendors in terms of research, analysis, and expertise.
The ISO27001 is an international standard on how to manage information security. The Contact Company use the standard to ensure the management of security risks, taking account of the threats, vulnerabilities, and impacts. The ISO covers more than just IT. We’re also accredited to ISO27701.
The Cyber Essentials scheme helps us to identify fundamental technical security controls we need as a business to help defend against Internet-borne threats.
The ISO9001, standard provides assurance to our clients that the services we provide are safe, reliable and of good quality. ISO22301 ensures that we as a business have continuity in DR (Disaster Recovery) situations.
We are proud to be accredited to the Workplace Wellbeing Charter. The charter assesses 8 key areas:

We continue to work on improving our standards and are currently working on providing Mental Health Training for managers, Mental Health Awareness Training for colleagues, and further training on HSE Stress Management Standards. We are further promoting physical activity amongst our employees and providing periodic “Blood Pressure Checks” onsite.
