We are delighted to announce that our Employee of the Month for April 2024 is Aimee Fortune! A Customer Service Representative on one of our retail campaigns, Aimee has an incredible work ethic, is committed to self-improvement, and is dedicated to providing excellent service to customers and colleagues.
Aimee’s nominations reflect her growth since she started. By embracing feedback and using her experiences as learning opportunities her confidence grew. Aimee’s Team Leader, who nominated her says: “When I think back to the agent who nearly fainted from fear taking her first call to where she is now, achieving her KPIs across all 4 areas (NPS, complaints, quality and NTF); I could not be prouder.”
Not settling on improving her knowledge, Aimee took it upon herself to create support documents for her colleagues. As a tech specialist on the campaign, Aimee positively impacts her colleagues, sharing her knowledge and experiences with her colleagues.
Aimee embraces new challenges. She handles both B2B and B2C and multi-channel contacts which enables her to support the highest volumes helping to get swifter responses for our customers.

Aimee turns difficult cases around through her manner and soft tone. She is kind and patient which are great attributes for a customer service representative.
