We are thrilled to announce that Louise Moogan has been chosen as TCC’s Employee of the Month for March 2024! Louise is a Senior Team Leader on one of our dynamic telecommunications campaigns, and she is being recognized for her kind and compassionate nature towards her colleagues.
Louise’s colleagues nominated her for this recognition because of her willingness to help others, regardless of the task at hand. She is approachable and has an innate ability to bring smiles to people’s faces. The judging panel was impressed with the positive impact she is having on the wider campaign, with her colleagues saying:
“Louise is the hardest worker I have met in my years in this business. She goes above and beyond and always brings light to the floor. She has a smile on her face that resonates with all.”
Another colleague added “Louise makes work life much smoother and shows the company values every day. She is courteous to everybody and is a real team player who is trusted by her colleagues. She is a fantastic example of the company and communicates with us all honestly and truthfully.”
One of Louise’s colleagues praised her for putting their needs ahead of her own, even if it meant letting her food go cold during her lunch break.
Louise’s line manager expressed his delight at Louise’s success, saying: “Louise has been a crucial part of our Plusnet team and has contributed to its success over the past few years. She has done so by paying attention to detail, committing to her role, and her desire for continuous improvement.
Louise is well-liked and respected by our team, as she can both support and lead people. As a result, she has had the opportunity to refine her skills and has recently been promoted to the role of Senior Team Leader. We expect to see even greater things from her in the future!”
