The Contact Company is pleased to announce that Grace Halliday has been selected as our first Employee of the Month winner in 2024. Grace performs the role of Administration Support for the Learning & Development Team. She works diligently behind the scenes ensuring everything is organised for our new colleagues as they embark on their journey with TCC.
Recently, Grace has taken on additional responsibilities and has been driving them forward. She is taking the lead with our partner training platform, ensuring that any issues are rectified and that it works optimally for TCC and its colleagues. The colleagues who have nominated Grace for her hard work, dedication, and commitment have said:
“Grace is a star! She not only does everything that is asked of her, but she goes above and beyond to ensure all tasks are completed. This has been a challenging month for the team, but her hard work has helped us deal with all the new starters during this period. We believe that she deserves recognition for this.”
Grace’s hard work and dedication have been recognised by the panel who were greatly impressed with her achievements. One of the panel members even stated that “Grace’s nominations were head and shoulders above the rest. It’s evident that Grace is making a positive impact at TCC.”
Elaine, Grace’s line manager, was one of the colleagues who nominated Grace. Elaine was overjoyed to hear that Grace had won the award and said: “Yay, I’m so pleased! Grace is an integral part of the Training team. She deserves the award for her dedication, flexibility, and humour!”
Grace’s hard work has paid off. She is a worthy winner and joins our long list of esteemed Employee of The Month winners!
