Sensée has purchased The Contact Company (TCC), and together they have formed a new UK-based CX Outsourcing Group. This collaboration has brought together the expertise of both companies, creating a dynamic team of over 2,000 employees with 35 years of combined outsourcing experience.
Both Sensée and TCC will continue to operate under their respective names within the Sensée group of companies.
Following the acquisition, operations at both companies will continue without interruption. TCC will continue to operate from its Birkenhead headquarters, and Sensée will continue to operate from its headquarters in London.
