The Contact Company congratulates Nicole Johnstone for winning November’s Employee of the Month!
Nicole is a Customer Service Representative on one of our retail campaigns. Chosen as this month’s winner for her adaptability, Nicole has remained composed and calm and supported her colleagues through a busy month.
Her colleagues describe her as a “fountain of knowledge” with Nicole being the go-to person when a colleague has a query. Nicole always brings a smile and contributes to a positive atmosphere on the campaign.
The judging panel unanimously selected Nicole saying: “It is refreshing to hear how Nicole positively impacts her colleagues, from her professionalism to her human touch of compassion, having the skills to go above and beyond without impacting her key responsibilities. Her nominations say she is integral to her campaign, which is a testament to her value and fantastic work ethic.”
The Senior Team Leader on the campaign, Jack was thrilled to hear that Nicole had won adding: “Nicole is an important part of the team, working on our B2B side and a developing agent. She is always there to support her colleagues and give them a helping hand. She is lovely to all and lifts the team spirit.
