The Contact Company congratulates James Hesketh for being one of our winners of September’s Employee of the Month!
James is one of our Bank Trainers who supports multiple campaigns across the business. His fantastic work has been recognised by the new colleagues he has trained, his managers and our clients. His impact on our new team members is nothing short of brilliant, setting them up for success and reflecting TCC’s values in how he approaches each training session.
To quote James’s nomination: “James exudes warmth and professionalism. His expertise in onboarding new remote team members was evident, and it was clear that he was dedicated to making our induction process a success. James was not just an instructor; he was a true mentor. He had an uncanny ability to explain complex concepts clearly and relatable. His presentations were engaging, and he encouraged questions and discussions, fostering a collaborative learning environment. What truly made James stand out was his insightfulness. He shared practical tips and real-life examples that went beyond the standard onboarding material. He provided valuable insights into the company’s culture, values, and expectations of remote employees. His guidance was instrumental in helping me feel more connected to TCC, even from a remote location.”
This fantastic feedback reflects the true impact James is having. James has been responsible for onboarding our homeworkers, and the fact he can still attain a high standard of training over a webcam is a testament to his skill as a trainer.
The judging panel were impressed when hearing the impact James is having, saying: “The impact James has had on the new colleagues he has trained is fantastic, and the fact that this was achieved remotely makes it all the more remarkable. Onboarding our new colleagues should not be taken lightly, and James is doing a fantastic job. It was a competitive month for nominations, but everyone agreed that James deserves to be a winner!”
Our Training Manager was delighted to hear that James had won, adding: “James is a dedicated and committed Trainer and a real asset to the Training Team. He has ensured that all his representatives receive the required support and attention. From the beginning of the remote induction, James put his groups at ease. His expertise in onboarding new remote team members was evident, and it was clear that he was dedicated to making our induction process a success.”
James has shown to embody TCC’s values of trust, courtesy and communication throughout September. His effort in providing our newest recruits with the best possible start at TCC is fantastic, and he is leaving a lasting impression on everyone he trains and meets!
