The Contact Company congratulates Rachael Mason for being one of our winners of September’s Employee of the Month!
Rachael is one of our HR Advisors and has shown to be a real team player throughout the month, supporting her colleagues and overcoming challenges. Adapting to change, Rachael has been determined to ensure she completed her commitments whilst supporting our new Head of HR to embrace our company culture and helping her settle into life at TCC. Rachael is described as trustworthy and knowledgeable and always willing to help guide her team.
The judging panel were impressed by the work Rachael had been doing and added: “It was clear in the nomination that Rachael is positively impacting the colleagues on her team and the wider business. She has shown initiative in supporting her colleagues with their workload and has been incredibly welcoming to her new line manager, helping her adapt to TCC. There were some firm nominations this month, but Rachael’s stood out and deserves this recognition!”
Rachael’s line manager was delighted to hear that she had won, especially as she was one of the colleagues who nominated her, saying: “This is a very worthy reward, and Rachael fully deserves recognition for her recent efforts in supporting the team and the wider company – well done!”
Rachael has shown to embody TCC’s values of trust, courtesy and communication throughout September. Her tireless effort has helped her team and the wider business. It is a testament to all her great work that she has been chosen as this month’s Employee of the Month.
