The Contact Company congratulates Paul Woods for winning Employee of the Month for August!
Paul works on one of our tourism campaigns and has been selected as this month’s winner for displaying our company values of Trust, Courtesy and Communication. Paul is a well-respected and valued team member, with his nominations mentioning how helpful he is to his colleagues; he is patient and motivated to get the job done.
The judging panel was impressed with what they heard during their session: “It was a unanimous decision to select Paul as this month’s winner as his nominations stood apart. Hearing how Paul has supported new starters, going above and beyond to make them feel welcome, is incredible and clearly shows his passion for TCC. Each of his nominations mentioned how positive he is and that he is a pleasure to be around, which is a testament to his character and lovely to hear.”
Paul’s campaign manager was thrilled to hear that he had won, saying: “Happy to see that even in the most challenging of times, Paul has gone out of his way to provide invaluable support to colleagues, especially those at the start of their TCC journey. Keep up the great work, Paul!”
