The Contact Company congratulates Geoffrey Willis for winning July’s Employee of the Month!
Geoffrey is a Customer Service Advisor on one of our fast-paced financial service campaigns. Our advisors on this campaign deal with vulnerable customers and must be patient, empathetic and understanding. This month, Geoffrey has shown just that and provided a fantastic customer experience, resulting in a customer calling Geoffrey an “incredible employee”.
In our industry, bad feedback often outweighs the good, and it’s a testament to Geoffrey’s fantastic work that a customer left the call so positively. He has left a lasting impression on this customer, which will directly impact our client’s reputation.
Geoffrey has also left an impression on his colleagues. He is always available to support, maintaining morale through his upbeat and light-hearted demeanour.
The judging panel was impressed by the great feedback Geoffrey received, commenting: “Geoffrey has demonstrated our values to their colleagues and our customers. The customer was full of praise for Geoff leaving great feedback.”
The campaign manager was to hear Geoffrey had won, adding: “Geoff (The Golfer), we are lucky to have him. He always goes out of his way to do the right thing for our colleagues and customers and his hard work, dedication and passion for the role is admirable”.
