The Contact Company congratulates our newest Employee of the Month, Elaine Baddeley!
Elaine is our Training Lead and has been chosen as June’s winner for her desire to make TCC an enjoyable working environment for everyone.
A popular candidate for this month’s award, the colleagues who nominated Elaine truly value her saying:
“Elaine is the most selfless person in the business, always thinks about what others need and is generally an emotional support for all of us. Anytime you need her, she puts everything else aside to be an ear that will listen and a person to lean on in hard times – I love Elaine and how special she makes me and our whole team feel. Elaine is a fabulous leader and is always honest and transparent when giving us any updates about the company. She always gives us as much information as she can. She is a fantastic mentor who is empathetic and patient with our team.”
The nominees’ names are hidden from our judging panel to ensure they judge the nominations at face value. Elaine’s nomination stood out, and when the panel found out it was her, they were elated as they have all been impacted by the fantastic work Elaine has done, collectively saying:
“Elaine is a well-deserved winner this month; after taking on other responsibilities due to business restructurings, Elaine has excelled and shown what a worthy winner she is. She goes over and above, looking after her team and checking on others within the business when she doesn’t have to. Elaine is amazing and what TCC is all about!”
Kevin Horgan, Elaines Line Manger, wasn’t surprised to hear that she had won, adding: “Elaine is a real people person driven by a unique passion and ability to put people at ease whilst still ensuring whatever task that is in hand is delivered on time without fail – a role model that others can only aspire to”
