Congratulations to Michael Perry, one of our March Employee of the Month winners!
Michael is a Team Leader on one of our Financial Service campaigns. He has been awarded this month’s winner for motivating and inspiring his team to develop and consistently hit their targets. Michaels’s colleagues go on to say:
“Michael always makes himself available to anybody in need, regardless of how busy he is, with a smile; he always looks out for those in need, finding time for welfare chats and one-to-ones. He developed me personally into a Team Leader, and I see him developing people every day and pushing them to be the best version of themselves and progress. His team consistently has the best KPIs such as surveys and aftercall due to his hard work and determination.”
The judges unanimously agreed that Michael deserved to be recognised this month, adding: “It’s amazing to read that Michael, after such a long time within the business, is encompassing all our values wholeheartedly. From the success and performance of his team to the way he makes team members feel valued, this is what we hope for in a leader.”
Michael’s manager was thrilled to hear that he had won, saying: “This is thoroughly deserved; Michael Perry is a hardworking, reliable & friendly guy! He has great working relationships with everyone on the floor and is well respected. Starting back at TCC in 2014, it’s clear to say that Michael’s passion and dedication to TCC shine throughout, leading by the company’s values every day.
