We are proud to announce that after a successful period as an HR Administrator, Rachael Mason is now a Junior HR Advisor!
Sally on the HR Team says, “Rachael joined the HR Team 16 months ago and, in that time, has grown in both knowledge and confidence. Using the HR Administrator role to embed the HR processes and to learn how to expand on ‘What HR Looks Like’. Rachael’s ability to adapt and learn quickly has seen her promoted at the start of this year to a Junior HR Advisor.”
Rachael is celebrating her five-year ‘workiversary’ this month, starting in 2018 as a Customer Service Representative, developing into a Team Leader, and then into our HR Team. Racheal has been keen to develop whilst at TCC, completing an ILM Level 3 in Team Leading and an HR Support Apprenticeship Level 3.
Passionate about HR, Rachael loves helping people and is a big advocate for health and wellbeing – she also loves supporting colleagues who are on maternity/paternity. In her spare time, Rachael is a Brownie Leader as her two daughters are both in Girlguiding; she grows her fruit and veg, loves dying her hair and has an ensemble of pets, including two tortoises, two aquatic frogs and tropical fish.
