Congratulations to our Employee of the Month for November 2022, Carmel Brown!
Carmel is an Operation Manager on one of our fast-paced retail campaigns and has been chosen as Employee of the Month for embodying our company values of Trust, Courtesy and Communication.
Carmel is highly respected on her campaign and across the business, which was evident by her nomination:
“Carmel ensures everyone on the campaign feels supported, listened to, and acknowledged. She will always take time out of her day to ensure we are okay and ask if we need help or support. Her role can mean that she is swamped from time to time, but she always finds time to come along the floor to see the team and offer her support – this goes a long way!”
Admired across the business, Carmel was described as “making work seem less of a chore” for her colleagues through her engagement with her peers – you never feel like “just a number” with Carmel.
Carmel’s line manager was pleased to hear that she won, saying: “I have had the pleasure of working with Carmel for just a few of the nine and a half years she has been with TCC. In that time of observing and supporting her, she has shown that she has become an Outstanding Operations Manager. Carmel’s dedication to the operation and staff management is clearly an inspiration to others. Her hard work and dedication in engaging with others could easily be a blueprint for the business in these challenging times. Well done, Carmel, keep up the great work!”
Carmel’s hard work and commitment at The Contact Company are a testament to her, and it was only a matter of time before she was awarded Employee of the Month.
