Thanks to our Employee of the Month for October 2022, Suzanne Cook!
Suzanne is a customer service representative on one of our fast-paced financial campaigns and is a worthy winner of our Employee of the Month award!
Although Suzanne has only been a part of the TCC family for a short time, it is clear to see that she has cemented herself as a vital and well-respected member of the team. One of her colleagues echoed this, saying, “Her positive attitude towards the job and consistently amazing work deserves recognition, and I am sure many others will vouch for this too.”
Her dedication and professionalism have ensured that even after a short tenure, she is an excellent example to her colleagues: “Sue has only been at TCC for seven months – after only a short time, new colleagues were listening to her calls for training. She has already been suggested for a Bank Trainer role which shows everyone’s trust in her abilities.”
Suzanne’s line manager could not speak highly enough of her commitment to her role, saying, “Sue is an exemplary Customer Service Representative who embodies the TCC values of Trust, Courtesy and Communication. I do not have enough kind words for her, and it is a pleasure to have her on my team.”
Not only is Suzanne fantastic in her work, but she also goes out of her way to support her colleagues both in and out of work. “Suzanne is always happy to assist her colleagues, from ad hoc tasks around the office to staying behind and taking overtime simply to drive a colleague home during transport disruptions.”
Our panel, made up of members of our Senior Leadership Team, had no trouble choosing Suzanne as this month’s Employee of the Month due to her exemplary work and the great addition she has made to her campaign. “It is clear to see the positive impact you are making already – after only a few months at TCC; it seems you have been here for years.”
