Congratulations to our Employee of the Month for August 2022, Stephen Poulson!
Stephen is a Customer Service Representative on one of our financial services campaigns and has been chosen as Employee of the Month for embodying our company values of Trust, Courtesy and Communication.
Throughout the month, Stephen has shown great dedication and commitment to his colleagues, his customers, and our client. Local transport challenges meant that Stephen had to make alternatives to attend work. To ensure he didn’t let anyone down, he made the journey to and from work by walking for an hour (whilst on crutches) every day – this typifies Stephen’s character as he is determined to give his all for his role.
Stephen is also a well-respected member of the team with his peers adding: “Ste is always courteous and friendly and his attitude breeds positivity among everybody he interacts with. Ste doesn’t let anything phase him or get in his way from being a model employee that succeeds in every way and helps everyone he can.”
The campaign Contact Centre Manage was made up to hear that Stephen had won saying: “Stephen fully deserves to win Employee of the Month and has gone from strength to strength since starting back in 2021!
He has been recognised within our campaign for promoting digital self-service to our customers and is top of the leaderboard within TCC every single month.
He is over the moon the issues with the local transport are now over saying: “You don’t know what you have until it’s gone”.
You will often find him sitting on the stairwell outside the floor, taking a minute to himself with his coffee cup, smiling and being friendly with everyone that passes by.
Stephen sets himself targets daily and monthly which humours his colleagues and Team Leaders, he is an inspiration to everyone, very self-driven and an absolute credit to our campaign.
