Congratulations to The Contact Company’s Employee of the Month for June 2022, Louise O’Malley-Clark!
Louise is one of our Customer Service Representatives who has received this month’s award for embodying our company values of Trust, Courtesy and Communication whilst supporting a returning campaign.
Within a short period, Louise has become an integral and valued member of the team; since starting the campaign, she has taken the new training onboard and applied her new skills all whilst taking on more responsibilities for the campaign. Louise’s line manager was particularly impressed going on to say:
“Louise took to her role like a fish to water and has been a great value to the team. I know that I can trust her to carry out my duties in my absence and support me when my attention is needed elsewhere. Lou has a great working relationship with the client; being comfortable asking questions about complicated situations and getting resolutions for the team and the customers – Louise is a wonderful and talented person.”
Contact Centre Manager, Darren Wood goes further by saying that: “Louise has played a pivotal role across several accounts at TCC proving how valuable she is. Nothing is ever too much trouble with her always being happy to assist and most certainly giving 110%. Having Louise on our team is an absolute pleasure which is noticed by all her colleagues and managers alike.”
Louise’s commitment to her role, the campaign and The Contact Company is admirable, her nomination stood out against the rest with the judging panel agreeing that she deserved to be acknowledged for the fantastic work she does.
