Congratulations to our Employee of the Month for February 2022, John Wardle!
John is a Team Leader on one of our busy e-commerce campaigns and has won this month’s award for embodying our values of trust, courtesy, and communication.
John is a kind and witty person who will always put a smile on your face with his sense of humour. A fountain of knowledge on the campaign and for The Contact Company, his line manager explains further:
“John is happy to assist anyone. Most recently John has been working closely with our home workers and has built a great working relationship. John is the go-to person for technical questions and has picked up the campaign processes quickly in the short time he has been here.”
Having colleagues working from home is still relatively new to The Contact Company and it comes with its challenges. John has adapted his approach enabling him to effectively communicate with our home workers. Here’s what one of the agents on his campaign had to say:
“John is always on hand to assist agents who need help, whether that’s in person or through our chat function. I have recently started working at home and John always makes himself available and always replies to me at lightning speed, answering my queries. He’s a real asset to the company.”
John is respected for his knowledge and his colleagues go on to talk about the trust they have for him: “I can always trust John with any questions or queries I have, whether it relates to the campaign or a general question I have. Johns’ ability to advise on difficult situations makes me feel at ease whenever a problem arises.”
Johns’s people skills are what sets him apart with one of his nominations going on to say: “John has a great relationship with agents. He knows how to laugh, but is also serious about his role on the campaign and at The Contact Company.”
