Congratulations to our Employee of the Month for January 2022, Dionne Levy!
Dionne is an Operations Manager on one of our busy telecommunications campaigns and has been awarded Employee of the Month for embodying our values of trust, courtesy, and communication.
The commitment Dionne shows to her role in her campaign and the wider business is admirable, but it was her work over the festive period that was a real highlight. Dionne led the Incentive Committee over the festive period and the engagement she created had a positive impact across the whole company in what is one of our busiest periods. Dionne led activities on her campaign including festive lunches, coffee mornings, celebration days, chip butty days and whilst also leading activities across the business including Christmas Jumper Day, candy cane deliveries, bake-offs, Christmas Markets and a company Incentive with prizes won every week. Dionne’s Line Manager went on to say:
“Dionne has pulled it out of the bag this month and deserves recognition. She has been crafting, planning, and shopping for work whilst she should have her feet up at home and when she is at work, she has shown such passion for these events and the positive effects they can have on our people. Dionne can be a perfectionist to a fault but that drive and passion have allowed her to deliver some exceptional engagement during the festive season.”
Not only has Dionne’s engagement pieces had a positive impact on her colleagues, but her people skills have also been highlighted. “Dionne has been so sweet and kind since I started. when I got Covid she helped and advised me on what grants I was entitled to. She sorted out holiday pay which helped massively as it was just before Christmas and I have 2 young children, rent and bills to pay for! She also gave me her number to support me and check I was okay. She has gone above and beyond in her role. She is genuinely kind, thoughtful and always professional.”
Dionne has shown to be a real role model for her colleagues as one of the nominations went on to say: “Whenever I have any issues or get stressed, she is the first person to be there and change my outlook. I aspire to be like Dionne in my role. She doesn’t ask for any recognition and therefore I believe she should be this month’s winner.”
Dionne is passionate about people which was clear in the nominations and stood out to the judging panel- this made this month’s decision straightforward, and the panel unanimously agreed that Dionne is a worthy winner.
