Congratulations to our Employee of the Month for August, Debbie Smith!
Debbie is part of our Audit Risk and Compliance Department as one of our Coordinators who has been awarded Employee of the Month for embodying The Contact Company values of trust, courtesy and communication. Debbie is always going above and beyond by supporting her colleagues regardless of her workload and taking on extra responsibilities all whilst keeping a “smile on her face”. Debbie’s colleague had this to say:
“Debbie has been unbelievably supportive as she has sat, listened and scheduled time for me on top of her own workload. I have only known Debbie for a short period of time, due to being new to the team; however, I have felt so welcomed and comfortable. Debbie has not only showed courtesy by teaching me and treating me with kindness, but she has shown trust. She is a very reliable individual and does everything with such a high standard.”
The selection panel were unanimous in their decision mentioning that Debbie’s “unwavering determination” to excel in her role and her ability to find the time to support her colleagues as major factors in their decision.
Debbie’s Line Manager, Amir Mirza added: “Debbie is an integral part of this ARC team, and the support and assistance she has given to me has been nothing short of exceptional. For me Debbie is a role model for others in the team and across our business; her contribution and efforts deserve recognition and reward for the effort she puts into her workday.”
Debbie’s colleagues speak about her with the highest regard, describing Debbie as not only a colleague but a friend with a “heart of gold”.
