The Contact Company Partners with 3D Training to Deliver Mental Health Training

The Contact Company are pleased to be working in partnership with 3D Training to deliver a Level 2 Certificate in ‘Mental Health First Aid and Advocacy in the Workplace’ to all managers, to better assist and support colleagues requiring support with their mental health, underpinning its commitment to mental health and wellbeing.

Since 2019, The Contact Company has been accredited to the Workplace Wellbeing Charter, and with the Mental Health First Aid course The Contact Company further cements its commitment to supporting both the mental and physical health and wellbeing of all of its colleagues.

3D Training’s Director Rachael Davies commented: “3D Training are delighted to be working in partnership with The Contact Company to train and develop their managers in order to take a company-wide approach on how to promote a mentally healthy workforce, and ultimately to support individuals who may be suffering in silence. Now more than ever we need to work together to support people to sign-post, recognise, and raise awareness of mental health in our workplaces.”
