Congratulations to The Contact Company’s Employee of the Month for February 2021, Hannah Neave!
Hannah is a Customer Service Advisor on a fast-paced retail campaign.
Hannah was nominated by her colleagues for setting a fantastic example, living and breathing the client’s brand, and upholding The Contact Company’s company values each and every day.
She works extremely hard to develop not only her own knowledge of the brand that she works with, but also her colleagues’ knowledge, offering support and utilising her exceptional communication skills to deliver an exceptional level of customer service. Her colleagues explain more:
“Hannah has always been a fantastic member of the team; she has an almost encyclopaedic memory of the products and processes for the campaign.
Hannah has stepped up on so many occasions and the client has mentioned more than once how great she is.”
“In this past month she has single-handedly completed the most tickets. Without having to ask her, she had already used her initiative to filter the tickets and assign to herself the ones that could lead to complaints and escalations if we did not very quickly resolve.”
With her expansive knowledge of the campaign’s processes, Hannah is also able to offer up extra time and support to her line managers to ensure that new starters within the team are being offered the maximum time for training and development. This level of courtesy and consideration, with a good understanding of the bigger picture, has greatly contributed to the success of the team as a whole.
Hannah’s line manager continues: “She also recently offered to complete escalations in order to support the new starters, giving me more time to spend on training/quality, and pro-actively providing herself with further experience in conflict resolution, utilising her expansive knowledge of the campaign to further develop”.
