Last month, The Contact Company launched its first employee forum, led by colleagues from around the business, the HR department and CEO, Asif Hamid MBE.
The forum, dubbed the Employee Circle, will support two-way communication, enabling employees at all levels to express their views and opinions and ultimately contribute to the overall success of the business and its employees.
The Employee Circle will play a central role in improving communication between the CEO and employees across all levels, encouraging the business to problem-solve and implement new initiatives and new ways of working collaboratively, enabling colleagues to bring their ideas to the table (literally!).
The Contact Company CEO, Asif Hamid MBE: ‘I’m delighted that we’re releasing the first set of minutes from our inaugural Employee Circle meeting. I’m looking forward to meeting regularly with the group and sharing business updates, as well as discussing ideas and suggestions as to how we improve the working lives of all our colleagues here at The Contact Company.’
The minutes from each Employee Circle meeting will be made available to all employees via the company intranet, and employees from across the business will be encouraged to continue making suggestions via their line managers or the company’s ‘Have your Say’ system.
