Congratulations to The Contact Company’s Employee of the Month for the month of March, Josh Rawlings.

Josh is a Customer Service Advisor on a busy automotive campaign and has been praised by both his colleagues and customers for his hard work, knowledge and dedication to his role.

Josh’s colleague explains more: “Josh is a proactive member of the team and is always looking for opportunities to develop himself. Since being on the campaign he has embraced the culture and has taken any additional training of new skills in his stride, becoming the ‘go-to’ person for other Advisors to ask for help. Josh always makes himself available to offer any support on the floor, when necessary.

Josh has a friendly, positive and welcoming personality which has helped him build a great working relationship with all of his colleagues. His dedication to the role is evident everyday and this is also apparent with his general customer service, as can be seen by the great feedback he recently received from a customer:

“I write to express glowing feedback for Joshua Rawlings regarding his performance relating to order.

Despite the supply of parts being delayed, through no fault of his own, Joshua took full ownership of the situation and ensured that I as the customer was always informed of the status/availability. Joshua also proactively – almost daily – followed up with his internal colleagues at Head Office to try to expedite the parts’ availability, knowing that my vehicle was delayed without them.

His commitment and ceaseless desire to want to ensure the customer was updated (telephone and email) with progress, and ultimately satisfied was, quite frankly, exemplary. His professionalism throughout is to be applauded.

Please recognise Josh in the most appropriate manner, he is a real asset to your team. The customer service I have received from him was fantastic.
