Congratulations to The Contact Company’s Employee of the Month for the month of January, Emma Khaleel.
Emma is a Team Leader on a busy telecommunications campaign, who is always happy to help.
Recently, Emma moved in to a seconded Team Leader role and has taken to her new role extremely well and with great enthusiasm. Emma’s Line Manager explains more: “Emma has been in a seconded Team Leader role for just a few months now and has shown phenomenal progression. Emma has received commendations from our client, Account Manager and our Contact Centre Manager for her excellent work and attention to detail.
Emma has earned nothing but respect from her team, and on a regular basis different Customer Service Advisors have approached me full of enthusiasm, telling me of how she works on their development and has inspired them to do better and to move forward in their career at The Contact Company.
On more occasions than I can count, Emma has stayed extra hours, because she wants to do additional work for the benefit of the floor or her team. Emma’s Passion, commitment and skill have been a welcome asset to my team and I feel incredibly proud to witness how much she has developed in such a short space of time. I guarantee we will see big things from her in her future within The Contact Company!”
