Congratulations to The Contact Company’s Employee of the Month for the month of October, Tommy Galtress.
Tommy is a Customer Service Advisor on a busy automotive campaign, who has been selected as Employee of the Month for his dedication to the campaign, his fantastic customer service skills and his positive attitude.
Tommy received some fantastic feedback from the client, after a call of his was listened to at their offices. The client was so impressed that they got in touch with Tommy’s Line Manager to let them know how pleased they were, and to make it known that they would be using the call for the training of their employees, too.
And it’s not just the client that Tommy has made an impression on, but also the end-customers, as well as his fellow colleagues;
Last month, a customer took the time to leave a Trust Pilot review, praising the Advisor for his “excellent customer service skills”, alongside his knowledge and manners. The customer was impressed with how quickly and easily Tommy resolved their issue.
Tommy’s Line Manager explains more: “Tommy has shown extreme dedication, improvement and flexibility within his role and has become a real asset to the team, aiding new Advisors with support and guidance, as well as ensuring his own work is completed to a fantastic standard.”
